Cancellation Policy

In case of booking with credit card or wire transfer details:

• Cristal Resort will reimburse 100% in case of cancellation made
  more than 45 days before arrival of the client
• Cristal Resort will reimburse 50% in case of cancellation made
  between 45 days to 30 days before arrival of the client
• Cristal Resort will reimburse 25% in case of cancellation made
  between 29 days to 15 days before arrival of the client
• Cristal Resort will not reimburse the client in case of cancellation
  made between 14 days to 0 days before arrival of the client
